Your CCPA / CPRA Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.

Does Intelloro “Sell” Personal Information?

Intelloro does not sell your personal information for monetary value to third parties.

We also do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising: the site runs no advertising cookies or ad trackers. Page views are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, unless you reject Analytics or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. If you allow Analytics in the cookie banner, page speed is also measured by Vercel Speed Insights and page views by our own page-view log. This data is used only to run and improve Intelloro.

How to Opt Out

You have three ways to exercise your right to opt out:

1. Turn off Analytics: Open our cookie preferences (the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page) and switch Analytics off. Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights and our page-view logging stop for your browser.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (supported by Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox extensions, etc.), we honor it automatically as a valid opt-out request.
3. Email Request: Send an email to info@intelloro.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”. We will process your request within 15 business days.

What Information Is Covered

The opt-out applies to the analytics data we collect, which is counted unless you opt out (page views) or collected only when you allow Analytics (our own page-view log and page speed):

• Pages visited and referring website addresses
• A one-way hashed session identifier (we cannot turn it back into your IP address)
• Your account ID, if you are signed in
• Approximate location (country) and device type, as reported by Vercel Analytics

The opt-out does not affect essential cookies required for the site to function (login, security, fraud prevention).

Verifying Your Identity

To prevent fraudulent opt-out requests, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming the email address associated with your account. For non-account holders, opting out via cookie preferences or GPC requires no verification.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, along with proof of their identity. Send authorized agent requests to info@intelloro.com.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA / CPRA rights. You will continue to receive the same level of service, the same pricing, and the same access to features whether you opt out or not.
