Agreement to Terms

Intelloro is a sole-proprietorship business owned by Md Sultan Mahamud, based in Bangladesh. By accessing or using Intelloro (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Intelloro is an AI tools and agents directory that provides information about AI tools, agents, and related technologies. We offer:

• A searchable directory of AI tools and agents
• Side-by-side comparison features
• User reviews and ratings
• AI-powered stack builder for creating tool combinations
• Sponsored listings and vendor profiles

Vendor / Trader Identification (EU DSA Article 30)

Intelloro allows vendors of AI tools and services (“traders”) to claim, manage, and purchase placements for their listings. As required by Article 30 of the EU Digital Services Act, before allowing a trader to use the Service for paid placements or to manage a claimed listing, we collect and verify identifying information including: trader name, business address, contact details, and (where applicable) trade-register identification.

Vendors are bound by our separate Vendor Terms, which detail the verification process and ongoing obligations. We will suspend listings where verification fails or where we have credible evidence that the information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

EU AI Act Risk Classification

Intelloro's AI systems (data extraction, scoring, recommendation, search) are classified as limited-risk under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). They are subject to the transparency obligations of Article 50 and the AI Literacy obligations of Article 4. They are not classified as high-risk under Annex III and do not engage in any prohibited practices under Article 5.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Being at least 13 years of age — or 16 where your local law sets a higher digital-consent age (e.g. parts of the EU/EEA) — in compliance with COPPA and GDPR Art. 8. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post spam, malware, or harmful content

User Content & Moderation

By submitting content (reviews, comments, tool submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the right to post it. All user content is subject to our Community Guidelines. To report illegal content or content that violates our guidelines, use our content reporting form. We review reports within 48 hours and may remove content that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by Intelloro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Copyright complaints (DMCA): We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and applicable law. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA / Copyright Policy page. We reasonably implement a repeat-infringer policy and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Third-Party Links

Our Service contains links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use them at your own risk.

Data Accuracy & Sources

Information displayed on Intelloro is compiled from publicly available sources, including vendor websites, press releases, and public documentation. We strive for accuracy but:

• Pricing, features, and availability may change without notice
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the products listed unless explicitly stated
• Tool descriptions represent our editorial understanding and may not reflect the vendor's official position
• Comparative statements (pros/cons, best for, not ideal for) are editorial opinions based on publicly available information

Vendors can contact us to verify and update their information at any time.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Intelloro uses artificial intelligence (AI) systems to collect, analyze, and present information about AI tools and agents. Specifically:

• Tool descriptions, features, and technical details are AI-extracted from vendor websites and cross-referenced using web search
• Scores (Task Scores, Dimension Scores, Trust Score) are algorithmically generated from publicly available data
• Compliance claims (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA) are based on vendor self-reporting — not independently audited by Intelloro
• Package-adoption counts (npm, PyPI) are sourced from public registries — Intelloro is not affiliated with these platforms. Third-party review-platform ratings are not displayed.

AI-generated content is labeled on our platform. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may contain errors. Users should verify critical information directly with tool vendors before making purchasing or compliance decisions.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. Tool information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelloro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where Intelloro is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions: Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may bring claims in the courts of your home country, and the consumer-protection laws of your country shall apply to the extent they grant you greater protection than the laws of Bangladesh.

California residents: Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable rights you have under California consumer-protection law (including the CCPA / CPRA).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
